Gratitude

I

It isn't easy, but it can be done.  What happens when you let worry take over your life?  Nothing, except your blood pressure goes up.  No good can come from it.  Find something to be grateful for- it is out there.  Believe me, this is something I've work hard to learn to do, but it does work.

The unknown is scary and that's more often than not, when we give in to worry.

Anyway- right now I'm writing this as a reminder to myself, also.  I don't know what tomorrow will bring- and I mean literally- the very next day.  I'm living out of my car at 65 years old.  But- hey, the car runs.  I've got supportive friends now.  They encourage me and I will go on.  For what is the alternative?  Nothing that is acceptable, that's for sure.

Love yourself.  Go on-
